The Leonardo was in a great location. Easy to walk to the old town, restaurants, and easy to find from train station. Rooms were very clean and a nice size.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff in all respects. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was in immaculate condition. The location is great for seeing the old town, dining, shopping, and good public transportation is available nearby.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Pros: In a very nice area with lots of activity and restaurants. Hotel itself was extremely well furnished, clean, and looked amazing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk was so nice and gave us a free room upgrade plus allowed us to check in 2 hours early! Complimentary bottled water every day when room is cleaned, plus free fruits and chocolates at reception. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. If you get the breakfast buffet, the food is actually amazing. Cons: Very small outdoor resting space, mainly for smoking. Otherwise, everything else was perfect! Highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was cumbersome. All 5 rooms had to be carged separately. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast for $16.00 was average. We could not leave window open. The whole night drunk people have been screeming and at 5:00 AM trash removal woke everybody up and the next day at 5:00 AM construction started.. we had to park a significant distance (5-6 blocks) away in a parking garage abd had to roll our luggage over cobble stone to the hotel; not very convenient and pricey.

Our stay was perfect. The property is in a great location…only a few minutes walk to all the popular sites in Old Town. There are restaurants and shopping all around, yet our room was totally quiet and we slept wonderfully! The breakfast buffet had plenty of food choices. We took a Sound of Music tour and went to a classical music concert. Both meeting places were at Mirabell Palace which was only a 5 minute walk. We had a rental car and parked at Mirabell parking garage. The normal rate is 39€ daily, but the hotel has a negotiated rate of 22€!! Our stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!!!
