"Friendly employees and a nice breakfast buffet. Two surprising parts; - no 24-hour reception, - (maybe it was a mistake), queen-size bed but 90 cm wide duvet on top. I had no power to ask for a proper one, so I settled with it. Also, it would be nicer to have more than one piece of bath towel, even for a one-night stay. There was a very good sunlight and ght control in the room, you could make it very dark when it needs to be. "

"The hotel desk employee was very helpful and booked a taxi for me. My flight (first of three flights) had been cancelled, and then I had to leave earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I could not stay for breakfast. In fact, I had to leave at 2:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe waiting for the taxi because two disheveled-looking mean saw me waiting with my suitcase, after I had locked my key inside the hotel. They sat down on the bench closest to the hotel and stared at me. I felt threatened, but...

"I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53."

"I had a very nice stay. Hotel is not big, rather boutique type. Room was very clean, decent size, with a nice view (of much bigger hotels nearby ;) ). Location is great - very close to metro station and close to shops/restaurants."
