"I could not find the hotel at this address"

"Check in was difficult and needed an expensive phone call to get checked in. It was not staffed at any stage. The exterior is dimly lit and in a dark area so it was a little unnerving at night. The shower wasn't draining so I had to be careful not to flood the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, the room was silent despite being between train lines and in the flight path of Hamburg airport. "

Die kostenpflichtigen Handtücher waren leider dreckig und unser Doppelbett hatte einen riesen Spalt in der mitte. Sonst war alles top! Sehr schade, dass...

It has everything you need and it is close to public transportation to go out and enjoy the city. One thing that should be obvious but I didn't think of before arriving: the boat does move a little bit because it's on the water and when it is windy."
