"Great location for your base, very clean, quiet area, pool table, bbq, 2 large 70 inch tvs and great sunrise views. We were able to visit every area in Lake County from this VRBO in a reasonable timeframe. The owner was helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, eating and boat rental. We saw deer every evening at the neighboring property. We visited several wineries and they were friendly with decent wines."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s house. The place was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We enjoyed relaxing outside with a view of the channel. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We would definitely return for another stay, especially with kayaks or equipment for water activities."

"Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such."

"The house is great! Perfect for our family. It has two separate living spaces. We put the party crew in what we called the frat house, which has the pool table wet bar and bedrooms. The babies and older crew stayed in the main house."

"It was our first time visiting Clearlake and what a hidden gem it is! The house is very large, accommodated my parents and our 4 kids nicely. The location is so quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the lake and the mountain across from the inside and outside of the house.
