"This was a girls weekend for my mom, her sister and my friend. The property is very nice and there is a nice place to sit where you can watch the boats pass by. The large picture window in the living room is also great for this. The seating in the living room is great for relaxing and visiting. Appreciated the timely and clear communication with the host."

"My son plays hockey in the Soo so we travel here often. Our favorite property is this one. Three comfy beds (one is a sofa sleeper), fans, nice bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, close driveway parking, quiet location… it has it all. Very close to the Pullar for hockey families. Close to downtown and the Locks. Dog friendly. Always clean. This is the downstairs unit in a two story home. You can rent both if need more space. Highly recommended."

"This could not have been more perfect for our five-day getaway in the UP to visit our son who works and is finishing school in the Soo. We brought my parents with us, which made it much better than staying in a hotel. The amenities were bar none and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals in when we weren't enjoying the local cuisine. "We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!"

"House was extremely clean with comfy furniture and well stocked. Lester got back to me with answers to my questions right away. They even had local attractions and restaurant brochures to look at for making plans. The coffee, snacks and chocolate was a great treat!!! The location was great, close to town, and the trails. I couldn’t find the blow dryer that was listed. I didn’t pack mine because of the description, I was disappointed :(. A second bathroom would be great, but we made it work...
