“Debbie is the perfect hostess, nothing is too much trouble for her. She gave us the best breakfast of our 3 week trip, as well as cookies and cake to welcome us and take with us when we left. Debbie also made a restaurant reservation for us at very short notice and was able to get us a window table with a view. Marvels on the Creek is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and great for visiting places on the Eastern Shore. Our room was wonderful and we wish we could have stayed longer. We……

“We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2……

“We all had a great time staying the weekend at the Beautiful house on Belvedere Avenue. This is the third year in a row we all stayed here. It was very close to the center of town where we had some great food and stopped at R & R for a drink. Plenty of space in the house to enjoy each others company. Would highly recommend this place to other people visiting Cambridge.”

“We came for a wedding over the holiday weekend. My husband and I were keeping our 4 yr old grandson. The location was perfect! Just 1 mile from the venue! It was hot weather, but the beautiful screened in porch remained cool with a nice breeze! The view was spectacular and the guest house was immaculate and welcoming. We really did not want to leave!
