They were very flexible and allowed me to add some days to my original booking as needed to accommodate the wishy-washy contractor working on a renovation at my local house. "I can’t say enough great things about Shannon’s Place! First and foremost, it was very clean, which is what I look for most because of my daughter’s mold allergy. Not only was it clean, but it was beautiful and in a very safe and nice subdivision. This place truly felt like our home away from home. "We needed a home to stay while our home was having repairs and hardwood floors replaced. Terry worked with me with the dates because of contractors and insurance claims. It was perfect for my husband, me and my 2 French Bulldogs. It had a lovely fenced backyard that we all enjoyed."

"The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. It easily fit seven people, (us and our five adult children) and was a great place to unwind and catch up on things. The house is very comfortable with multiple seating areas both inside and out, as well as a great little dock space right on the water. The proximity to Canton Street was also fantastic. "The home was in great neighborhood with private backyard. The advertised 4th bedroom has a futon and not an actual bed. Also, there was a bad odor throughout the house that didn't go away with Lysol or Febreze."

"My husband retired after 32 years in the Air Force and we had alot of family attending the ceremony at the last base we were stationed at so it gave the ability to stay all together and allow friends to come over and celebrate with us afterwards.
