"Overall the place was great and the host was very very accommodating. We had a pretty large group of people stay (10 overnight) and the place was great for all of us. It was a little smaller than expected but the futons and beds were great and we were very comfortable! The kitchen is great and we cooked a LOT of food and despite the place getting a little smokey (not that great ventilation), we were able to open the windows and the smoke alarm went off but only because the large amount of food...

We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. "The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting."

"Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them."
