We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. "My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...
