"We love the location, practically the whole beach for us! Meaning a mile of beach! The house was very cozy, clean, well prepared and with almost everything you’ll need at the beach! Not a luxury house, but great for a couple like us and our frenchie looking for a great place to relax!"

"Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill. Will definitely will return. Thank you Joe and Marlene."

"Clean,well stocked bungalow just outside downtown Cocoa Village. Short trip to Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral and all the shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very nice screened porch with dining table."

"This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."

"This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back."

"Awesome cottage! Cute and clean. Has everything you need. Restaurants walking distance. The pig and whistle right across was delicious. Tried a few different other restaurants as well few blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels,umbrella and cooler bag was awesome. Loved the back patio hang out. "One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. In the unlikely event that you have an issue they handle it promptly and efficiently. Book this property if available - you won’t regret it."
