“Having the golf cart, beach umbrellas and chairs was the best! It wasn't too far to walk, but with the kids it was easier to keep track of them. There were also surfboards, boogie boards, and plenty of pool toys. We were able to see 2 Starlink night launches (which were amazing) and the NASA launch to the ISS. “The house is just as described and the photos are accurate. My small family enjoyed the private walkway to the beach….its literally steps away. The garage was overflowing with beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards and a large umbrella. First house that I have stayed in that had a fully stocked linen closet so it was nice to have the option to grab a blanket to curl up on the couch in the evenings or use an extra towel or two. “Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while.”

“The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up.”

“We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus.
