"This was a wonderful week in Punta Mita! The Condo was amazing, just as pictured. Susana made the most delicious breakfasts. She always had fresh salsa and guacamole and fresh made margaritas for us after coming back from the different beach clubs. We will come back again."

Having two six seater golf carts allowed our group flexibility to split up. We got to explore the various beach clubs. Also this place has great location as it’s 150 yards to the back gate of Punta De Mita."

"Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles."

"Just an awesome place to stay! This 4 bedroom condo was as describe and just wonderfully laid out. It is on a huge and wonderful resort in Punta Mita. "It is a nice hotel. I had an incident, I forgot to close the safe and when the house keeping were doing the room, they closed the safe ando told me that I had to call the front desk for the to send some one to open it, so I did and they told me that they could not send anybody until a certain hour. I had to wait several hours until they send someone to open it. It was annoying."
