"I loved everything about this property. It was easy to take public transportation with nearby buses and trains.It was close to everywhere i wanted to be and see. Food was good, everything was spotless and smelled really good in the lobby and the suite. I was very comfortable and will definitely stay again."

"Very nice staff except for the guy at the front desk with the hair braided back very rude. I pray I never encounter him again I come to the Trump all the time and this was my first encounter with him very unwelcoming and dry. "

"Stay was great, but I was overcharged during my stay. I never got a final receipt, called and was told I was being charged for day I wasn’t even there.. have yet to receive email with final charges. "

"This hotel is right on the river with convenient walking access to nice restaurants and shopping. It is a short car ride ( Lyft or Uber) to the mag mile. The doorman greated us and sent us to the second floor to check in. We had a wonderful room with a view of the river. The workout room was very nice and clean ( located on the 4th floor spa area). Everyone was nice and friendly and the service was great!! I would definitely come back again."

"Excellent customer service, clean and loved to stay there. The hotel is attached to a rstaurant that it is also welcoming and auper clean. Will definitely stay there next time. Very happy with the hotel."
