“ House built in 1864 was in a nice neighborhood close to Forsyth Park and Bull Street for walking to downtown. Friendly staff, clean, quiet and they served a good breakfast.”

“This Inn is conveniently located across the street from Forsythe Park which of course is lovely for taking relaxing walks. There was a free trolley stop in front of the Inn although we did not use it. We had a beautiful and large room on the first floor and enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast was delicious. ”

“The President’s Quarters is an excellent choice for a place to stay in Savannah. Wonderful staff with great recommendations of what to see and where to dine. Amazing atmosphere away from the tourist hustle and bustle in the riverfront yet an easy walk to get there. Wonderful breakfast and parking included. We will definitely be back and look forward ti returning. ”

“The Rhett House is a gem! Staff were welcoming and friendly, and during happy hour we had an amazing conversation with the staffer about her experiences from living around the world. The other guests were also interesting and personable. The cottage we stayed in was spectacular; I wish I lived there! Beaufort is the cutest little town with the nicest people. I can't wait to come back; hopefully, I can rack up some Rhett House frequent flyer miles! Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Courteous and helpful staff. Property located near Forsyth Park. Our room was adequate but needed some repairs/renovation. Shower had a rainfall head which did not work and the handheld spray could not be secured for use without hands. Mirror over sink was very small. Lighting in room and bathroom was very dim. Cable TV and internet was not available on the last morning of our stay. Attempted to contact staff via phone but no one answered.”

“We had the best stay at the Stephan Williams House! I could not recommend it enough. Doc was wonderful and so helpful throughout our stay. The house and courtyard are beautiful and very clean. Delicious southern breakfast served daily. The location is perfect, so we never had to use our rental car in the city (which stayed for free in the parking area behind the house). This place beats a hotel any day if you are looking for a truly authentic Savannah experience!”

“OH MY GOODNESS! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! SPECTACULAR! The yard and home are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Chemise. She served delicious breakfasts in the dining room every morning and was always available if I needed anything. Outside there are garden areas with chairs and tables. It was wonderful to sit and relax while hearing their water fountains. Amethyst Garden Inn is in a great neighborhood. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The very elegant room I stayed……

“Spent a week in Savannah and I’m so glad we chose this spot to stay. Right in the heart of the city. Walkable to everything with wanted to see. Super cute and clean. Great products in the shower! Would recommend to anyone I know! ”

“I liked the historic appeal about the place and that it was very spacious. The only thing that I didnt like was that the windows didn't open. But it was a nice and cozy comfortable stay.”

“The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
