"Location was a little too far for us to walk downtown, it wasn't too far but there were some sketchy characters in the area. The staff were lovely, the room ideal. We worried about our car outside because the area looked sketchy, but we did not have any problems so perhaps we wrongly judged the area"

"The location is lovely. I love the old sea captain decor. The room that i had was very nice even though it was small. It was fine for me. However, the view looked out onto a rooftop. Just the rubber roof...... thats it.. :( "

"Great place to stay near Fish Creek. The only downside was it was slightly outside of downtown and the shops around it were not open. Although there are hiking trails that will take you into town. "

"We loved our stay here! We had the Tower room, which was so fun in decoration, spacious, comfortable. Wow! The area has lots of walkable dinner destinations and recommendations from the Queen Anne were spot on. We enjoyed our check-in cookie, but the breakfast (with great coffee) out in the gardens was so special! I loved the warm muffins and the Eggs Benedict! Freshly prepared and we felt so relaxed. I’d LOVE to stay here again!"

My room was adequate for one person, providing enough storage space for clothes and extra blankets and pillows in the closet. "Loved our stay at this hidden little gem - right across the street from Mandalay Bay. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy - no lines, no waiting. The property is older but has been renovated. The unit was clean, simply decorated, and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge with two cold bottles of water waiting when we arrived. Interesting fact to have the spa/ hot tub (not what we thought it was a small pool) running given the plus 90F temperature, nevertheless the courtyard provided a very relaxing atmosphere. "A very nice historic building to stay in with nice amenities. We really enjoyed our weekend at Pine Cottage. The staff were polite, helpful and kind. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Just a short walk to bike rentals, shopping, park, trails, and water. They hosted a great breakfast as well along with tea time and books/games to enjoy.We would definitely stay again. "

The ice machine on the 1st floor was great as we made some cocktails and relaxed outside.
