“Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

“Very comfortable room, posh hotel in a beautiful setting with Thames River walks just 2 minutes away. Rates were surprisingly reasonable given the location. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Restaurant was a little pricey and had limited selections for dinner, but the food was great and the view from the dining room is unsurpassed.”
