"We rented this apartment for a girls weekend in London and it was wonderful! This apartment is very clean and spacious. It is right next to Paddington station and within walking distance of many places that tourists may want to visit. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and addressed the minor issues we had with the place (getting the AC to work). "Ideal property for short stays in London, 30minute walk along canal to Westfield/Stratford. Studio appears to be converted from offices with a small business yard. 1st class renovation though. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "We had an awful experience with our stay. The description of this apartment is far from reality. We had to go up 4 flights with 8 luggages. The apartment was full of spiders, the bathrooms leaking water and extremely small, the bed for my daughter was hard and extremely uncomfortable she could not sleep, there were many lights not working, there was no plugs in the bathroom to do our hair. We left one full day earlier because of this inconvenience."

"Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door.
