We showed up at check in time, as listed and confirmed in TWO emails- and they didn’t have a room for us. Hundred degree heat, loaded up with dogs and kids after hours on the road, and hotel management couldn’t care less. We contacted RoomPicks via Vrbo, and they wouldn’t refund us!!! We even had another neighboring hotel ready for us, but they REFUSED a refund after sending us the wrong...

"We were very pleased with the property from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful, convenient, and well kept. The house itself is immaculately clean and the host thought of EVERYTHING. This is the most well equipped property we’ve ever stayed. "From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day"
