We showed up at check in time, as listed and confirmed in TWO emails- and they didn’t have a room for us. Hundred degree heat, loaded up with dogs and kids after hours on the road, and hotel management couldn’t care less. We contacted RoomPicks via Vrbo, and they wouldn’t refund us!!! We even had another neighboring hotel ready for us, but they REFUSED a refund after sending us the wrong...

Everything was exceptional from the backyard pool, “tree” house gazebo, and the basketball court to the waterfall showers with the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you will need to serve your family’s needs."
