"A quaint little hotel of 8 rooms on the top floor of a commercial building. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We were provided with a kettle in our room, but only decaf-coffee and sugar provided, no milk or whitener. On requesting normal coffee, we were given more decaf sachets... Breakfast was OK - the breakfast room is tiny and very cramped. No hot food at breakfast. The hotel was well situated, close to a metro station and very close to one of the best Christmas markets we found on...

"The hotel has perfect location in Lisbon, I can easily walk to subway station within 5 mins. There is a huge park near the hotel and the area around the hotel is very nice but busy too. The room they provided to me was clean and tidy, but it was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night, I can hear the traffic and police car at night clearly."

"Excellent location if you need the metro or want to be close enough for all the sites. Very decent breakfast with lots of variety. Not many restaurants around without a timely stroll. But that’s Lisbon really. The exterior could be cleaned up as there are many weeds and garbage clutter. But overall a great stay and would recommend ! "

"The only reason I reduced some of the stars is because of the cost-benefit comparison. It is a very comfortable but also very expensive hotel. Breakfast was nice, but I would expect Portuguese itens in the buffet. The hotel is getting very old and it looks like maintenance is not keeping up. "
