I have never done a review for any property we have stayed, howeve;r I had to let travelers know. We had a stay of 4 days at the end of our month long stay in Portugal. So many things went wrong at this hotel. I left the second day of our stay. On the first night the restaurant brought my husband’s dinner almost an hour after I received mine. Second, the sink was clogged and the excrements that came out of it was nasty. We complained that the phone was not working, the front desk told my husand that the phone company had to come out to repair. The smell coming from the bathroom was terrible so much so that I got sick overnight. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone since our phone was not working - to let them know of all the issues we had. Within one hour they had a tech to fix our phone. I told them I was sick to my stomach from the smells coming out of our room. Asked to speak to the manager she was not available. The front desk who was very kind spoke to on call manager. I pressed to speak to manager. I told front desk that I wanted to check out given all the issues and problems. I drafted a message outlining all the issues. When manager on call finally appeared we had packed our bags to check out. She refused to credit the last 2 nights that would go unused as they would lose money that they had to pay Expedia. Please stay clear of this hotel as they fall short on facility management and customer service. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel and loved the rooftop pool area! Very clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds and quiet air conditioning. I'm a light sleeper and often have trouble in hotels but slept extremely well here!

Loved this hotel definitely worth the money. The whole hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned daily and the staff helped with everything. Excellent facilities, used the pool and rooftop area. The hotel is located in the perfect area, a 5 minute walk from the shopping mall and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Transport is easy from here, 5 minute walk from the train and bus station and easily accessible for taxi’s into the city centre. I would definitely stay again!

A really nice property. Great rooftop. Hotel bar is very nice. Breakfast was fantastic every day and helped fuel our Lisbon adventure. Not super close to 'all the stuff' in Lisbon but it was nice to have a retreat away from that area in the evening.

This hotel had the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in my life! Everything was so high quality and they had everything from eggs and sausages to the cheese board, fruits, yogurts, and a huge selection of pastries of course. I will come back here just for the breakfast
