"My family and I spend 6 nights at Copley House and we loved the location of this property, accessibility, safety and the proximity to main attractions . The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, Oscar was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The only issues we had was the noise from other apartments in the building, which was particularly disruptive late at night and specially over the weekend when more people was in the building. "

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. "Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...
