“I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking.……

The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. We could not have asked for a better week. Suggestions for future guests: The lighter sleepers should sleep in the back 2nd floor bedrooms, closer to the living room tended to……

“Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
