People in area were kind to us but be aware it is a very rough area- notice there are no pics of the area out front of the apartment , that’s prob for good reason, would scare most people away . Hence the barred front to get into the apartment. VRBO ad lists washer AND dryer as amenities . The dryer is a clothesline . If you read the small write up on the place within VRBO it only then says washer and...

"Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place."

"Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."
