We had a beautiful loft on the top floor with an ocean view from the balcony. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room service was a bit lacking after the first couple of days - missing towels even after asking at the desk, not replacing tp, etc. It is near down town and was very noisy at night on the weekends especially.

Great location on the Malecon, just steps from the beach. Facilities are new and quite well done, and very clean, staff very accommodating and friendly. Only downsides were the hot water took a minute to arrive in the shower, and the casino next door was kinda loud.
