The property is in good location in the Malecon and within a block from the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. Friendly staff. Our 2-bedroom unit is roomy and clean. The hotel was renovated in the last few years. However, they missed the opportunity to improve noise management in the building as the glass deck doors are paper thin. A double-pane windows would have helped reduce the street noise as the hotel is located in a busy street. Also, beach towels would be a nice addition to the rooms.

We had a beautiful loft on the top floor with an ocean view from the balcony. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room service was a bit lacking after the first couple of days - missing towels even after asking at the desk, not replacing tp, etc. It is near down town and was very noisy at night on the weekends especially.

Great location on the Malecon, just steps from the beach. Facilities are new and quite well done, and very clean, staff very accommodating and friendly. Only downsides were the hot water took a minute to arrive in the shower, and the casino next door was kinda loud.

Spent one night , check in / check out staff were friendly and helpful answering a few questions we had . Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby . Hotel is in a busy area so a fair amount of noise at night.

Right in the center of town. Can hear the loudness of the city but I was able to sleep thru it. Nice being walking distance to most and only a short Uber away.

The Loft hotel was perfect for our vacation. Close to lots of restaurants, the beach, and very convenient to walk or take a bus. We had a balcony facing the Malecon which provided us a partial ocean view as well. The room was spacious, clean, newly renovated and included a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment for ice. Coffee was complimentary in the lobby in the morning as was a water dispenser to fill your water bottles. I expected it to be noisy but was pleasantly surprised as we did hear some street noise in the evening but otherwise was very quiet. Beds and pillows were comfy. We would stay again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a lovely room overlooking the park. Very close to everything. The only issue is the street noise, but I overcame that with time.

Muy buen servicio al cliente. Los cuartos están muy viejos, el agua apenas salía tibia, el sink tenía pelos de las personas anteriores y mucho moho negro. La primera noche nos dieron un cuarto que estaba hacia el lado de la calle principal y fue imposible dormir por el ruido constante de los carros.

We had a wonderful stay at Loft Hotel Malecon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right next to the boardwalk and fun neighborhoods in Puerta Vallarta. However, since it is located in such a busy area, it can be noisy.

We booked a queen bed online, Showed up at 10:30 a.m to register for room. We understood no check in until 3 p.m. We came back to the hotel to get a room with two single beds, They changed rooms and the next room had been day used. It was late at night so we used the room that had been day used and not properly cleaned.

We got ripped off as our room has not been renovated compared to our friend's room. Very old furniture holes and rips everywhere. Bed's not comfy old mattresses. In general not worth it the money paid for. Go somewhere else or ask for a renovated room.

Loft Hotel
Great place, close to the Malecon. Friendly staff. Beds were hard. I called the front desk for a few items and they said they’d bring them up but did not. The newer part of the hotel is really nice but one room in particular, 215 my eyes were burning when I entered the room. No window either. Must be the glue & chemicals in the new products perhaps. Also I believe room 126 smells of sewage. We had family staying in several rooms is how I know this. No issues with my room, (112). Even with these issues I would stay there again, just not in those rooms mentioned above.

I like this hotel because it’s a little more on the modern side compare to other hotels in the area. It does not have a pool. Hopefully in the near future they plan on one. Also, the septic tank is located outside the hotel which made our room smell every so often. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, helpful, very clean, wifi worked well and the area felt very safe.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed for a week in January. Food places everywhere close, Malecón 100 meters away, nice beach 10 minute walk. Firm mattress and good pillows, AC worked great and was quiet. I stayed in a room in the interior so it was super quiet at night but no view. Shower pressure was a little weak but the water was almost hot, I’d stay there again

J’avais une chambre très proche d’une rue passante donc c’était très bruyant. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un couloir. Aucune lumière naturelle n’entrait dans la chambre. Pourtant j’avais réservé depuis le mois de juin. Il semble qu’ils gardent leurs chambres les plus laides pour les femmes seules. Un seul point positif, le personnel est très gentil.

good Cable TV for NFL football.
We had the 2 twin bed room. Lots of walking and long halls to get to room. No window to the outside for a view or fresh air. GREAT cable TV was able to watch the NFL football games. This is the best thing about it. The beds were hard. There was a step up into the bathroom. My husband said it felt like a hostel almost.

Listing specifically said parking onsite. Others in same city said "limited parking" or "parking available on request", etc. Turns out parking is extremely limited and we lost 2 hours of our first night waiting for a call from the garage attendant telling us a space had finally opened up. Next morning at 8am very loud music played by staff serving breakfast that ear plugs couldn't block. The bass was literally vibrating the walls.

My stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought I would need ear plugs, but it was quiet. It was very clean. They air conditioning worked well. I smoke so they allowed me to smoke out on my deck which saved me the time of having to down stairs and outside each time. There was a safe in my room which made me comfortable leaving my valuables unattended. I’m a vegan. There were 4 places within walking distance. Also many other places to eat for everyone.I stayed from November 21st to the 28th 2023. I thought check out was at 5:00pm, but it was noon. Have friends close by so it wasn’t much of an issue. I would definitely stay again.

Pretty bare bones. No coffee, no hair dryer,no windows, no bed side lamp. Air conditioning unit in bedroom so outer room was a steam bath. When bedroom door closed no light except bright ceiling light.
