"We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor."

Across the street from the most beautiful beach, all the bars and restaurants you can possibly imagine, and the jacuzzi on the third floor overlooking the Coronado beach is a huge plus to your stay! "Well-appointed condo in a laid-back, quiet complex. Parking was super convenient to unit. Oceanfront Pool and Spa. Stairs to beach was right next to property, which is not so common in this area. We've stayed at many VRBO ocean-front rentals from Leucadia to Del Mar and this was one of our favorites. Scott, the host, was also top-notch with his communication and efforts to make our stay the best possible. We stay at VRBO properties in various parts of world, so know how important a good host is....

"Jeff is an excellent host! Prompt and thorough communication! Easy check-in and check-out with simple, clear instructions. The condo was equipt with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We watched dolphins and/or whales go by right from the back porch on two days of our 4 day stay! The binder from host was extremely helpful - we ate at several of the recommended spots and enjoyed all. The binder didn't lie! Plenty of towels - and beach toys! We borrowed a bucket for beach combing....

"Everything was great except the mattresses. I'm not sure how old they were, but they sagged and caused sleeping problems because of that. We loved everything else! The living room furniture was lovely and comfortable, and we LOVED the views from the windows and balconies, as well as the sound of the surf. We also LOVED the easy access to the beach, the included free parking in a protected parking garage under the building, and that so many shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within...

"The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a big plus even though one of the spaces is a little tight. Makaela was awesome and always very responsive to communications when I reached out to her."

Sharon made accessing the kayaks easy. Just a short walk to an amazing beach to walk, kayak and snorkel. Highly recommended!"

"We were in San Diego for my sons Graduation from MCRD San Diego. We wanted to enjoy a great experience off the beach with family and our stay at the Ocean Front was perfect. The house had all the amenities that we needed, it was clean, and the view from our living room was breath taking. Nothing beats drinking your coffee looking out at the Ocean. Rick (host) went above and beyond for us when we had a mishap with important luggage and there are no words to explain how thankful we are to him. If...

"My husband and I celebrated my 60th birthday in San Diego and everything about this condo was perfect for us! It was spacious and had everything we needed. I took one star off for the check in process - the address to the condo is on a street that is not drive-able. A heads up on that would have helped. Once we were inside, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much!"
