"Absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Murat. The best hotel we have ever stayed in.
Nothing is too much trouble - you only have to ask and whatever you need is done for you.
Spotlessly clean and the gardens are beautiful, as is the pool area.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!"
"This may likely be the finest hotel in Positano based on service, ambiance, amenities, and location. Every staff member was friendly and engaging and went above and beyond to ensure we had the finest experience possible. We had a family of four in the sea view family suite. Views are spectacular particularly from room top bar and restaurant. We dined at both restaurants as well as the bar, all high end service and menus including extensive wine lists. Hotel staff arranged private Mercedes...
"Everything about our stay at Hotel Poseidon was absolutely incredible. The views of Positano from the terrace are breathtaking. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant- all were wonderful. What makes this place really special, besides the view and amenities, is the staff. The service is impeccable. Something that wasn’t really advertised well that I thought was great was the transfer to the hotel that they arranged for us. The driver picked us up at the hotel in Naples we were...
"The service at Villa Fiorentino could not be any better. The staff all make sure you have whatever you need at all times. They will go out of their way to make a dinner reservation, set you up a car to go somewhere, or even set up an excursion. The rooms are incredible, and the views are the best I’ve ever seen. Truly an incredible place. "
"This is a beautiful hotel and we feel we found a gem. Our incredibly big room (junior suite) was very comfortable and overlooked the beach, which was a bustling hub of activity. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved it. "

Something that wasn’t really advertised well that I thought was great was the transfer to the hotel that they arranged for us. The driver picked us up at the hotel in Naples we were staying at beforehand, and we got a private transfer for a much better price than anywhere else I could find. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel and I already can’t wait to return!"

"The staff were so friendly, fun and accommodating. The rooms were okay, had to walk up down and around to get to the room. Beautiful pool. Nice to have a restaurant, and bar and pool at the hotel. "

"Most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. Paulo made us feel welcomed and literally took care of any need we had. He knows customer service and made our stay wonderful. Our only gripes were no coffee maker in the room so impossible to get coffee before 7:30 AM and no ironing board in the room. The property is stunning and perfectly located and breakfast and service were incredible! "
"This hotel and staff are truly amazing! It made my time in Positano all the more special! I would recommend to anyone staying in Positano to stay here!"

"Excellent stay in Positano. Up near the top of the hill so a bit out of the heavy tourist area. But a relatively easy walk back up the road from the beach. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! We stayed in a family room which was plenty big enough for the four of us. Lovely balcony as well."
