"Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. "

"Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!"
