"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. "Great property all around! Ideal location close enough to the pier but far enough for exclusive beach access that is not crowded. It was a great experience for children under 2 - 10 years old. "Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice."

"Luis was very communicative during the entire process of checking in. Also followed up to see how everything was going. Location was incredible and the apartment was fantastic. The only downside if anything was the bathroom sink. A bit quirky but workable. Building is extremely secure and everyone there were helpful. Overall a great stay and hope to be back soon!
