"Positives: Staff are super nice and helpful; property is a great location to get around Wellington -- short stroll from the big museum, shopping, waterfront, groceries, tourist attractions, etc. Rooms are spacious and very clean; quite comfortable. Good value given NZ prices. Things to know: Gym needs some work as equipment is limited and some even went missing; needs more kitchen dishware and utensils in the room; and some rooms have no view at all of anything (mine was a brick wall)."

"Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

Within walking distance to everyone you need to do and see in Wellington and a short walk to transport links for those going further.
