"Great location! The condo had everything we needed and property was well kept. Condo was close to both pool and laundry facilities. No fitness centre but tennis courts and the tram road walk/run are excellent. Property owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and friendly. Great place to stay!"

"This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs."

"Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer."

"This is our 5th year staying in this fantastic complex. Clean, green, and sunny. We love the location convenient to downtown, the pool area and all the citrus on property. The PS Bungalow was clean, well equipped, attractively designed and comfortable. The owner was in close contact and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental."

"House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. Mark is a fantastic host who was communicative, made checkin/checkout a breeze, and I could tell he wanted to be sure my stay was great! He even pre-heated the pool and hot tub for us. "There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."

"We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!"
