"Place was exactly as advertised. Nicely decorated with modern updates. You can walk to the water in just a few minutes, and they have a pier and an area to relax with gas fire pits. Location was good too. Would definitely stay here again."

"The condo is super cute and the location is perfect! We walked to the beach every day to watch the ducks and take in the breathtaking view of Lake tahoe. The only issue we had upon check in was the heater was not on at all. It was 39 degrees in the condo (34 outside). It was late and we just wanted to get to bed. We found some space heaters, but they hardly helped. I messaged the host the next day who apologized and blamed the cleaning crew for not turning it on. Overall, great condo and hope...

"We were here to attend our son’s wedding. This property was a perfect choice. It was close to where other family was staying, close to go out and explore and loved that it had a kitchen so we didn’t have to have all our meals out. It was roomy and clean and the property had good amenities. I would stay here again if we came to Tahoe again."

"Condo is in a great location, we were unfortunately there during an unusually hot time and the unit is not equipped with the proper air conditioner for that kind of weather. Knowing this was unusual weather, we made the best of it and enjoyed our time in S Lake Tahoe. "Overall the property was good, blinds in living room wouldn’t close, not a huge deal. We were warned ahead of time that the property was having sliding replaced, didn’t think it would be right next to the unit the entire time. The people in the unit above us were incredibly loud, obviously not the fault of Vacasa. If we stayed at the property again would definitely opt for a bigger condo type unit, not one of the apartments."

Parking is not close, unloading/loading gear and groceries with a family is a prolonged process. "The room and property were good quality for the price. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much selection and they ran out of most of the stuff by 8:30 on Sunday morning. The TV hookup was strange. The DVD player seemed to be wired across the room and when we moved in the bed, the wires seemed to disconnect and the movie stopped."
