"Did your multiple times and I really have no complaints. The vending machines are rarely working, and every now and then you'll see someone sketchy hanging out at the stairs. Overall, that's probably the worst I've experienced and I continue going back."

"Loved the staff and closeness to the airport. The view was also great - we could see the ocean and the planes landing and taking off. The freeways were very close, so it was easy to get in and out of the city. Breakfast was delicious with a decent variety. I would definitely stay there again."

"The breakfast was really good. The fact that they seat your party makes this hotel different from any place we’ve stayed in. It was very organized and there were a lot to choose from. They even have veggies - tomatoes, mushroom and greens which i really appreciated. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My only complain was that the walls and ceiling were thin. We can hear other guests moving around above us. Other than that, i think it was perfect for people visiting san francisco. Everything was walkable, very close to pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf and the BigBus terminal. I would stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends. "
