This property was great for our short stay in Paris. We booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view, which was amazing! The breakfast is also quite good. Recommend adding it to your package. Only complaint is that the rooms stay quite warm even with the air on and the wifi was down our entire stay.

I love the easy check in. I only stayed one night, unfortunately my flight was late afternoon and check out is at 11am. I still wanted to explore Paris longer, luckily the hotel was able to accommodate by storing my bag for free! The room was very clean and I had the Eiffel Tower view from my window! I couldn't give a 10/10, the central air system was blowing hot air and the room was very hot. I saw other reviews that it's the infrastructure for levels 7-9. I ended up turning it off, a bit unbearable to get a good night's rest. If the hotel can improve that, this hotel would be perfect for the view and cost.

Eklo is the closest hotel to Paris Expo, right next to Pavilion 7. The hotel is an eco-style hotel which had housekeeping every 3 days. No biggie for me as I disposed of the recyling on my own. A slight minus is that there’s no in-room hair dryer. I bought my own at Carrefour, a 5-minute walk.

Beware Hidden Charges: Lack of Transparency at EKL
I recently stayed at EKLO with my family and was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding their billing practices. While the stay itself was satisfactory, the handling of charges left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I was informed about a deposit of 50 euros and a city tax of 16 euros, which I duly acknowledged. Throughout my stay, I made two small purchases - two bottles of water, each priced at 1.5 euros. The receptionist assured me that these expenses would be deducted from my deposit. However, upon checking out, I was surprised to find that there were no explanations provided for additional charges, nor was I given a detailed receipt outlining the expenses incurred during my stay. Imagine my dismay when I later reviewed my credit card statement and discovered a charge of 25.4 Euros (27.7 dollars) from the hotel. It's evident that there was a lack of communication and transparency regarding the billing process. Guests should be informed of any additional charges and provided with detailed receipts upon checkout. The failure to do so leaves room for confusion and frustration. I urge future guests to check their credit card statements meticulously after their stay at EKLO. While the accommodation itself may be satisfactory, the hidden charges and lack of transparency in billing are concerning. I hope they take steps to improve their billing practices for the sake of their guests' satisfaction and trust.

Tuve una mala experiencia con la electricidad del la habitación ya que hubo una explosión, nos quedamos son electricidad por 25 mins. Luego el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó correctamente y en toda la estadía en el hotel estuve sudando. Ya quedando unas pocas horas para el check out nos cambiaron para otra habitación con el mismo calor. En 3 días solicitamos una plancha y nunca tuvieron una disponible. El hotel muy lindo pero algunos trabajadores dejan mucho que desear. (No todos)

Me encanto el concepto de este hotel. Instalaciones nuevas, limpias y en la parte de arriba cuenta con un rooftop hermoso en el cual se puede ver la Torre Eiffel. Cuentan con desayuno buffet europeo. A 10 minutos de la estación de metro.

Lit double plaqué contre la fenêtre, peu d'espace, le seul air possible est par la climatisation. Chambre non équipée de sèche-cheveux et réception incapable dans prêter un. Buffet petit-déjeuner "éco". Plus de variétés dans les fruits, produits laitiers aurait été le bienvenu, le matin, au petit-déjeuner. La jeune femme attablée derrière le bar est fort serviable. Côté logistique, nous sommes passés par la plateforme Expedia pour réserver nos nuitées. A l'issue du séjour, nous avons été prélevés d'une somme de 480,59€ (coût des nuitées) et d'une somme de 526€ ne correspondant à rien. L'établissement Eklo a été prévenu rapidement. Aucune excuse et surtout aucun remboursement à ce jour des 526€. La gestion du service clients, même si l'établissement est ouvert depuis le 8 février 2024, est à revoir et à améliorer. Ne pas nous restituer l'argent indûment prélevé est injustifiable et que l'établissement fasse la sourde oreille n'arrange rien. Alors, mesdames, messieurs, vérifiez votre compte bancaire à l'issue de votre passage dans cet établissement.

C’est un nouveau hôtel,ça sens trop fort l’odeur piquant de la peinture et de méthanol, et bizarrement que la fenêtre ne peut pas être ouverte pour aérer… dans la chambre, il n’y a rien comment équipement, pas de bouilloire, pas de verre, pas de sèche cheveux…le personnel est serviable, il nous a changé la chambre, mais ça reste la même chose. Par contre, hôtel bien situé pour visiter l’exposition à côté.
