With an airport hotel, you have to manage your expectations. Its main job is to be close to the airport and allow a decent night’s sleep before or after your flight. This hotel does this well. Pros: Clean, quiet, helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet, and obviously close to the airport. Cons: No free hotel shuttle (it’s 8 euros per person) and the short walk to the airport is over a bumpy path that’s terrible for pulling roller bags. All in all, I would stay here again if needed.

Not having a shuttle picking you up on the airport is a great miss for this hotel, specially for older people . Walking with your suitcase for about a mile is no fun. I would hate to arrive on a cold or rainy day.

Nice space close to the free CDG VAL shuttle train. My kids loved the views of terminal 1 and airplanes taking off/landing. Breakfast was fine with many choices, not superb but definitely adequate.

This was a convenient stay for me to catch a flight out of Paris to the US. The place was clean and quiet, and comfortable, but the staff was a bit short with me about how to access the free shuttle. This may have simply been a language issue on their end, but it seemed less than friendly or understanding. Also, advertising and description suggests that the free shuttle is right outside the door, but it is not -- it is about a 5 minute walk, which can be a hassle if you happen to have a lot of heavy luggage.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It is a typical Holiday Inn. clean linen, comfortable beds, smart decor and professional staff. Just remember that this is an airport hotel. It is good for overnight lay-overs or business meetings. If you want French character or style, this is not for you. There is nothing in the area to see or do but it is conveniently close to the CDGVal free rail shuttle to and from the airport.

Was fine for a few hours of sleep. Paris airport hotels are not exactly convenient and are poorly signed to find. The footpath from the CDGVAL is not conducive to rolling suitcases, and then throw in some rain well after midnight, makes for an ordinary experience. Not the hotels fault, but the walking area is not well lit and feels very unsafe, especially for a lone woman traveller. We were a couple and were ok, but a woman doubled back to catch a cab, which kind of defeats the purpose. Do better CDG

I booked to be able to get airport shuttle advertised to our take off area. Apparently you can catch the airport train nearby or if you want to get close enough to your departure area B2 you stayed at the wrong hotel. Was told $20 euros to get there via tax, then the guy charged me $25 Eueros. Very frustrating!!

Everything was great except how to get there from terminal 2E . There no shuttle provided at the arrival but they want you to use the cdgval which a free airport Metro …. For the first time you might get lost and keep asking question around til you’ll get there , not always easy
