“Property is extremely clean and well maintained! The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! We would definitely come back to this property...

“We've stayed at this property twice now. Overall, we enjoy the unit and location. This time, it was Spring Break which meant it was VERY busy (we got lucky and only waited about 1 hour for check-in, it was MUCH worse later). Would suggest staying here, but trying to avoid Spring Break weeks.”
