“The property was very dated. Clean bed and bath. Kitchenette had absolutely no wares, but I did not need them. Price was excellent for the location and beachfront. Heavy marijuana use in area. But was safe and very convenient for two nights”

“Property was great convient to get into and out off right off the main drag Kids enjoyed the pool and hottub AC worked great (from up north) even on west facing kinda hot afternoons the room stayed cool I found parking to be plentiful everytime i left and came back (we did mon tues wed stay) Breakfast was just like any other La Quinta (this is prob 40th night we have stayed at in last 12y) t This property doesnt allow pets (unlike most La Quinta) but this time i wasn't teaveling with pets……

“Great Location, lovely restaurant Harpoon Harry’s next door. Just a few things that would be so easy to fix 1. No safe in the room. If you haven’t got them ,don’t promise them. 2. The write up promised super fast broadband, when I checked the download speed, 3Mb per second 3- in house coffee restricted to 3 cups per day ( if they do your room, which they didn’t. TBF when I complained, I got a good supply. The place needs an on the button General Manager ”

“Nice, awesome breakfast, but even though this supposed to be a smoke free building, guesses next door were smoking a lot. Fire alarm was sounding close to midnight during our state. ”

“We've stayed here many years in a row, typically a pretty affordable & clean hotel with no issues. This last time there was a lil.disruption in some rooms/ floors around us but they were handled We will continue to stay here, hope to see some renovations soon”

“We came to PCB for a graduation an stayed here it was cheap to the nights we needed they was in the process of remodeling which will be great for the property.We couldn't get any fresh towels for 2 days because they didn't have any, bathroom was tiny, paint off the ceiling was falling every where,room could have been swept better. I have ended up getting a broom from one of the workers an sweeping myself. They had alot of people parking in the parking lot that wasn't staying there so it was……

“This property is very clean and tidy. It smelled nicely throughout the property and our room. No smell of weed rank. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. We only got to stay one night because of weather unfortunately. We were promptly refunded the money for nights we didn't stay. I would've loved to stay longer. I would definitely come back for a longer stay. The only thing I didn't like is a ten dollar fee per night for parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay.”
