"The staff were incredible throughout our stay, couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived, I realised my air con wasn’t working- they swiftly moved me to another room for the first night, while they fixed it. Rooms were very comfortable. Roof deck is nice, pool is very small. It was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay. The only downside to the hotel is the breakfast- very limited options, not what I expect from a 5* hotel. There is also no bar at the hotel- you can order a drink though...
