While it's a full five-star hotel, it's not so big, so that it feels more like a club than an impersonal hotel. But it has all the necessary facilities. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly.
