"At arrival our room was ready even though we were early, so that was nice as we had a long flight. We were taken to a room in the basement, kind of thru me off as I was not expecting that, but we were told we were lucky as our was one of the few rooms with ac. Guess I missed that in the description when we booked. Or was cool so ac would not have been an issue for us anyway. The room was comfortable and based on other reviewers good for the London area. "My wife and I loved our stay. The neighborhood was lovely, Paddington station was close by and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled, and rather than staying at the airport we opted to book another stay at the Delmere. "

"Stayed here on two occasions - the first was in a standard double with a friend which was cramped and I would not recommend, whereas the other was by myself in a garden view double. The garden view was significantly more spacious and I would recommend for multiple people, but the standard would only be comfortable for a solo traveler or for very short stays, as we had difficulty being able to access our luggage due to a lack of floor space. "Nice Hotel near Hyde Park, London tubes, and bus routes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Shower had good pressure. Small in comparison to a typical hotel room in the US- but normal for what we would expect in London. Would Stay again!"
