This is not a bot review. I tend to leave only terrible reviews for places that deserve it and I rarely find things that make me content. This hotel is one of those few places. Service and convenience is pretty much this places strong suit. The location is amazing; near transit and restaurants. Family mart downstairs with everything you need. ATM and currency exchange downstairs.

You can see the hotel immediately after coming out of exit 5 from midosuji subway line. Just need to cross the street diagonally and will arrive at hotel in 2 mins. Many dining options available nearby and walking distance to shinsaibashi/dotonbori area. Room and bed were comfy.

This is the second time for my stay under this hotel group, still no disappointment for me. Hotel also provides facial products and amenities for me to use, this is what I love most. The location of the hotel is super convenient, there are many different kinds of shops near hotel, such as dining and shopping centre. Convenient store just locates at ground floor, it helps me a lot when my flight is in mid night for my arrival.

Convenient place to stay right next to Osaka Namba station. Nice rooms and beds were comfortable. A word of warning… avoid the hotel breakfast option. Terrible. Starbucks only 250m away.

This hotel is perfectly located near train station, shopping and walking distance to river/entertainment district. We’re able to check our luggage in early, bonus. Hotel rooms were quiet and good size by Japan standards. Bathroom was clean & roomy. We had inter-connecting rooms for our family. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone & reasonably priced.

Outstanding location in the Namba district of Osaka. Within walking distance of Dotenburi, Kuromon, Namba Park, and a slew of shopping and food options. Get off the Osaka Metro, Namba Station and simply follow signs directing you to Exit 7. The hotel is right there as you come out of station.

Location of hotel is great, just next to Namba station. There is a train station few meters from the hotel. Many restaurants available in walking distance and a family mart below the hotel.
