The property is effectively brand new so everything is in good condition. There were a couple of negative things with the building one was the flooring on the ground and first floors were basically smoothed concrete with settling cracks visible and in the restaurant the entrance to the kitchen was grubby as dirt had become ingrained into the concrete, the other negative was the heat in the communal corridors.
We had booked a King room which came with a kitchette completed with pots, pans, plates, microwave, hot plate, kettle and coffee maker. We also had an iron and the worlds smallest ironing board.
The room was spacious as was the bath/shower room complete with two sinks, it also contained the washer/dryer which we used returning home with clean clothes ready to be put away when we arrive home.
We had pre-paid for breakfast and in hind sight we wouldn't have bothered as there wasn't a lot for westerners, we basically just had toast and orange juice.
The free drinks in the lobby area were a perk we took advantage of in passing.
We had one of the better rooms above the first floor entrance, some rooms I noticed had a view of another building 5 metres away so we were quite lucky.
We would stay again but only in one of the king rooms
