The peaceful nature reserve surrounding the property was incredible full of birds that we didnā€™t recognize. Swimming in the private pool after a full day of theme parks was so relaxing .

We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house

This house was unbelievable! We had 17peopleā€¦ 5,6,7,8.910,11, and 16ā€¦plus their parents and us the grandparents. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. Had nice beds and baths for everyone and the management was the best we have ever experienced. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great home, great time
Stayed here with my entire family (8 adults 8 kids) and had the chance to really get out and explore. The house has some good and bad, overall a positive experience! The good: Beautiful pool and view, plenty of space, clean home with no mold or other structural issues, good communication with the property manager, amazing checkout process (no cleaning required), excellent community center, very comfortable beds! The bad: 60% of the games in the game room are broken, from the looks of it they have been broken for a long time. Several safety issues (missing 2 smoke detectors, open electrical wiring, open electrical outlets with major risk to small children |living room outlet | pool lights are broken, oven door cracked). I did reach out to the manager company about the pool lights but no action was taken. I would not hesitate too stay here again, as mentioned positive experience

Close to everything!
This was a great place to stay in the Orlando area. Plenty of space for everyone, a fun game room, large kitchen and plenty of hangout space. Beds were super comfortable. Everything was very clean! We loved that the pool had a safety fence. So glad we paid to have it heatedā€¦worth it!! The clubhouse is a 10 minute walk and we were impressed with the offerings of the gym there. Communication was AMAZING!

Great for large families with children
We had 8 adults and 9 children that were ages 9 to infants. The house is very spacious and never did we feel crowded. The children, and adults, loved the game room, the children thought the themed bedrooms were amazing, and we had a few family movie nights in the theater room. Since we were there in early March, we did pay the extra for heating the pool and hot tub (highly recommended). The management team was very responsive and quick to address any of our needs. The community pool and recreation area is a bit of a walk, but not bad. Due to the number of small children, we did opt to drive to the pool/recreation a few times, which requires you to leave the resort property and re-enter through another gate, but that was easy to navigate once we figured that out (when walking you stay on property). Thank you for providing us with such a lovely home for our large family vacation!

The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. It had a high chair and all the towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided which was great. The community had a great pool, lazy river and slides that the kids enjoyed. Its within 5 min drive to Walmart and Harris Teeter, i recommend the Walmart since HarrisTeeter was super busy and more expensive. The house had a few broken items but nothing that really bothered us. The kitchen could have been stocked better, we were missing large plates and dishes for salads...

Best Birthday Celebration Ever!!
This was the perfect location to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. There was plenty of room for our party of 12 with lots of fun amenities for the kids and younger adults. The pool and hot tub were used every day as was the game room. The host was extremely responsive to all of our petty asks and I would definitely book this place again when we come back. I couldn't recommend this place more highly to large family groups.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house offered a range of excellent amenities that made our stay truly enjoyable. From the comfortable beds to the refreshing pool and acess to a well-equipped gym, we were impressed by home. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location, just 20 minutes away from Disney World. We didn't experience any traffic, which made our trips to the park hassle-free and enjoyable.

Great experience! This was our first vacation, my first time booking with this company.
My kids loved staying here. The pictures donā€™t do justice. Itā€™s a great place to stay. Lots of room. Kids loved the pool, and the movie room. I will be staying here our next trip. Beautiful gated community, the kids brought there rollerblades and had so much fun. The kitchen needs a couple more large non stick pans. Or a large grill. Great Home for a Large Group
We booked this property for a week with 17 people (9 kids) and it was wonderful. Clean, easy to access surrounding attractions, lots of room for everyone and fun waterpark on site for the kids to utilize. The house pool while heated, was still to cold for the adults and kids to swim in very much, however the kids spent most of the time in the hot tub. The kids loved the themed rooms, especially the pod beds which were really neat and powered so they could plug in devices, have fancy lights at bedtime and even a personal fan. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a nice place to stay with a large group.

We loved the location of the property, there are some upkeep things that need to be done and a thorough cleaning to feel more like a higher end property. The dishwasher leaks and hard to tell if it is running properly. The towel bar in master bath needs to be fixed and a runner from the pool into tile floor would probably be a good idea. The kids loved the game room and theater room. Great space for multiple families.

A lot of the games in the game room were broken, no net for ping pong, basketballs flat. The carpet is getting worn down and the house is showing some noticeable wear and tear. We paid for the pool heat but it was cold in the 50-60ā€™s and the pool never got above 75 and the hot tub would only get to 95.

Overall nice & clean home with a heated pool/hot tub. It was close to Disney with lots of parking. The TVs were difficult to work & we had to reprogram them. The theater room was also hot & the projector was over heating. The air hockey table didnā€™t work but it wasnā€™t a problem as there were plenty of other games.
