Not good for families with kids. People smoking weed on the balconies and some people live there and they are always outside the rooms and their language is not good for kids.

This place was perfect for what we needed - an affordable place to stay while attending a convention down the road for 3 nights. The hotel rooms and lobby were updated and very clean. The staff was wonderful. The hotel cleanliness on the outside lacked as there was lots of sticky residue on the sidewalks where spills had not been cleaned up in various places. It seems to be a place where people stay after partying so there are a LOT of people who were drunk or high and smoking weed on the premises. There are security cameras everywhere though, so that helped us to feel safe for our family. And they have a VERY strict towing policy. The breakfast was all carbs - toast, cereal, waffles, oatmeal - but for the price, it is awesome that they provide any breakfast at all. Overall, it was a great experience for just needing a place to sleep!
