Just 10 miles away from the delights of Disneyworld, we invite you to take a step back and enjoy all that vacation can be. After a fun day visiting one of the theme parks (or a chill day between park visits) everyone needs to relax and refresh. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, an amazing open concept living, fully equipped kitchen area and a game room (includes a futon, smart TV, foosball table, books & games) for kiddos to enjoy!
The gated community offers a lovely outdoor pool just steps away from the property, which all guests have access to. The home is conveniently located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and fast foods nearby (Chick-fil-A, Steak/n Shake). Walmart Supercenter is a 2 min drive or 6 min walk, along with convenient food take out options (Pizza, Mexican and Chinese).
You are within a 5 minute drive of Hiking Trails, Shingle Creek Regional Park, Medieval Times and Outlet shops.

Good size and location for us with multiple families staying together. Neighborhood street is kind of tight with limited parking, although since the house is at the end of the street is does help with parking in cul de sac.

Lovely Home
Very clean cut design/ homie feel. Close to many restaurants like Medieval Times. Very close to grocery store. And a short drive to Universal or Disney Parks. Julie was very helpful, whenever we needed to ask a question. Highly recommend this home.

Lovely stay with a large family
I found Ru and Julieā€™s stay shortly before my familyā€™s trip. Their communication was very prompt and the ability to accommodate for our earlier check-in and later check out date last notice meant a lot to us. This was my first time using Vrbo, they made sure it wonā€™t be my last. We were given all the information needed to make the check in and stay smooth as possible. The house smelled so fresh and every room was extremely clean. There was plenty of toiletries, utensils, and other accommodations even for a big family. It was plenty spacious for 8 people plus a few family members who came to visit. The pool was close as well as restaurants and shopping centers which made it very convenient to get anything we needed by taking a short drive or walk. Everyone agreed there was a home feel to Ru and Julieā€™s stay that you simply do not get everywhere. Plus once you hit the beds you would sleep instantly they were just so comfortable. We are so grateful for our experience and for having such amazing hosts that played a major part in that experience! This was absolutely a 5 star stay everyone agreed young and old in the family!

Great Stay
The properly itself is very clean, kitchen is well-equipped. Rooms are big. There were some damages done by previous renters. Parking space is fairly limited but was not an issue for us since we only had 1 rental car. Wi-Fi was a problem for us since it was Spectrum. it was very difficult to get any bandwidth, again, not the owner's fault but Spectrum's. Overall, very pleased with the experience, the owners were responsive and courteous. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful townhouse
We stayed four nights and the townhouse was perfect for us. With all four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus the washer and dryer, it was perfect. Very clean and nice to have the pool close by. Easy access in and out. Highly recommend to any family.
