Nice stay
Overall great experience, nice little resort. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Ghost was friendly and responsive. Lacked on cleanliness in some areas, but we made due. Recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels and dish pods.

Only 2 mostly used rolls of TP in the unit... The nice hand soap dispensers in the restrooms and kitchen were completely empty. TV in the main/living room was a Whopping 20". If you are a "clean freak" this place is not for you*** of *****. Plenty of room large unit. The pool/lazy river area was great, however it was understaffed so the waterslides were closed most of the time. The faster slide was crazy fast, i wacked my elbow on the bottom of the pool at the end of the slide because i was going so fast.

I've been a renter for 30 years. Pros: Liked resort & LOVED pool area. The unit is at a good location to the resort/pool. Close to Disney & shopping/restaurants. Owner did respond in timely manner. Cons: Not enough bath towels/washcloths.We ended up buying our own. While we were there, this unit DID NOT have access to a washer & dryer unless that has changed. Even though the description says you have them. Don't be light packers like us and expect to rewash your clothes mid week. (Who wants to go & do laundry in an unfamiliar area and wait until it gets done while vacation.) We were offered a refund but we didn't have time to find a new place and were already unpacked. Floors were dirty (probably just swiffered so don't walk bare foot) & upholstered furniture could use some deep cleaning. Could not get the tvā€™s to work. No ice maker. Artwork on the walls in living/dining area are not kid friendly. Overall, we made due with the unit but would not choose it as a place to stay again. We might book directly with Fantasy World Resort and see if that would be a better experience/rental unit. Cheryl from Virginia

Good but could be better
Overall for the cost it was good. Check in and instructions were clear. Location and facilities are good. However, its not well lit so walking around in the evening from the pool didn't feel the safest. Also, the condo was dirty. There needs to be a deep clean. The upstairs bathroom had leftover trash. The main bedroom doorknob is too loose. Baseboards look like they have not been cleaned in a long time.

The home was so dirty we booked out early..do not stay there!!!. Floors were dirty and had to wear shoes indoors..plates inside the cupboard were dirty. Oven was dirty inside and had not been cleaned in ages.the door to the a/c was covered in dust.previous renters socks and toys were left by dryer and in lounge. The bed was a joke as it was a queen size with two full foam matteress covers..horrible..pillows were brown and old and flat....kitchen counter top was chipped.we were told to bring own towels if wanting to use the water park....horrible place.be warned ..do not go there !!! The a/c was preset so it was always hpt upstairs. So much dirt under the beds to upset allergies. Wonder what they used the cleaning fee for???

The grounds were amazing and kept very well. We had so much fun at the pool area/ lazy river/ hot tub & all the different activities that were offered. Our condo was nice but the floors were filthy (our feet would be so dirty just walking from the bedroom to bathroom) we thought the washer & dryer would be available to us in the condo. We had 4 bath towels for 4 people for 5 days. No hand soap in either bathroom and 1 1/2 rolls in total of toilet paper for the 2 bathrooms. Also the upstairs shower/tub when used would drip into the living room below.

Falsely accused!
We have stayed in units at this resort four times, and have usually had a nice experience. This one seemed fine when we arrived. We got there late evening (after dinner) and were gone by 7:00 AM. The furniture was cheap; two if the interior doors (one the upstairs bathroom) were swollen and would not shut; there were no pots and pans for cooking. Fortunately we did not need them. When we arrived, we noted that there were five resort wristbands hanging inside on hooks to the right of the entry door. They were there when we left. We did not use them. The owner, Gabriella, has now claimed that there should be six, and has accused us of stealing one. She is attempting to charge us $50 for the missing wristband. We have no use for such a thing, and are not that kind of people! We will be filing a complaint with Capital One Visa if she persists with this accusation.

The condo was dated and a bit musty. The fold up couch not comfortable (we put the mattress on the floor and that was better) but it was well equipped and had what we needed. The pool and waterslides were a lot of fun and a perfect way to spend days between park days. My kids are ages 11-15 and they had a good time but were a little bit old for this place. Younger kids would have a blast. My teenagers liked the 6 man fooseball table and the lazy river. The chairs around the pool were surprisingly comfortable and made for a relaxing time off my feet. Gabriela was good to work with and responded quickly to any needs.

It was fine.
We just wanted to go to the Lazy River for 1 day. This unit was fine the only hiccups were we couldnā€™t get the TV downstairs to work and the handsoap dispensers did not have any soap in them but it was ok as we were tired when we got there and just wanted to go to sleep and I brought my own soap. The unit could use new bedding but other than that it was fine. The resort itself is great. We had a great time. This was my second time there and will be going back again I am sure. It was a great way to end a great vacation.

Good for the price
The property worked well for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, slides, lazy river, and activities. We stayed at this condo while we visited Universal Studios. It was about a 20 minute drive each way. The condo unit is tired and in need of paint and some updating, but this would not stop me from renting the same unit again. We enjoyed our stay and have already discussed returning in the future.
