"This property was extremely clean and decorated in such a way that we felt right at home and welcomed. This two bedroom was enoyed by myself, daughter and granddaughter and we all agreed the beds were both very comfortable. The bedrooms were generous and each has a walk in closet. "The unit was wonder, and a perfect location to visit family nearby at Splendido. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the private patio and the pool that looked so inviting but it was just a short visit and we ran out of days. We will definitely reserve this unit again the next time we are visiting."

"The location within Tucson area is awesome for hiking, biking, golf, shops, restaurants (La Encantada nearby) and other fun. John is an A+ host who communicates very well, was flexible re: check-in needs, and maintains unit very well. The property itself was a bit more “dated” than we’d anticipated. "The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!"

"This is the ideal location for my Mom to stay when visiting us (we rent it for my 88 year old Mom to have a home-base when she travels here for holidays, etc..). The home is cheery, comfortable, and offers a "home-like" feeling. The hosts do an outstanding job to make us/my Mom feel welcome. "This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day..."
