"Ease of booking, check in information was great"

"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"We had a great time with our 4 day stay. Our host and the amazing beds were the highlights. Our host was kind, went out of his way and accommodated us at every turn! The beds were so comfortable, which is a must when renting a place to stay! It was nice to be able to cook and have breakfast and lunch at the house instead of having to go out to eat for all meals. We really enjoyed this experience and can’t wait to come back."

"This is our third time staying at this property and we will definately come again. Thank you for sharing it with us. Everything is so close. We had a car but only took it out one time because my wife did not want to walk to the Sphere. The staff is great. It is fun to wake up and go to sleep looking at most of the Vegas Icons right outside of your window. The Sphere and newly remodeled Rio Lights were a fun addition this year. A must stay!"

"We looked at various properties (and stayed at another nice property the day before due to proximity of a concert @ TMobile Arena), but this one had everything. Location - easy (walkway) distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio; room/view: excellent! The views are simply incredible & the suite (should say proper 1 bedroom) was incredibly spacious with all the amenities of home (full size fridge) with full 5 star amenities (we ordered the breakfast in room - it was very good). "The suite was exactly what we expected - spacious, comfortable, safe and clean! The owners were great and provided all info needed prior to our arrival, plus stayed in touch during our stay, which was appreciated. The pool area was awesome and there was easy indoor access there as well as to the shops/restaurants/casino. Was also nice to be able to exit directly from the Tower to get outside/walk to the strip. Highly recommend!"

The best part is the owners of this penthouse very good at communicating and taking care of their tenants. We will be back and book this same room again!!!! "I spent four nights here in April 2024. Great corner apartment with a beautiful view of the Strip, close to everything, very comfortable. Rafi was an excellent host, responsive and easy communications. One caution: the kitchen is not set up well for doing much of your own cooking. Otherwise highly recommended!"

"Owners are very clear about what is provided so we knew to expect to have to pick up supplies beyond the starter ones provided. The evenings were always quiet so you didn’t hear neighbors.
