Perfect location in the walkable Historic District. Ample restaurant options nearby. Hotel was very clean and comfortable as expected with Double Tree. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved their Crabtree & Evelyn products in the room. There were a couple of conferences being hosted at the time so parking was pretty tight. This hotel would be my first choice if staying in Olympia again.

The hotel had great staff, bartender, and breakfast! Bathroom could use some updating and the sofa bed mattress was not clean. BUT compared to most hotels in that homeless downtown area it was nice! We’d stay there again. Super close to a fantastic farmers market!

The staff who helped me check in had great hospitality and I wanna give him five stars, however, the room… window was covered with bird poop, junk outside of window, shower door not working and automatically opens while taking shower and that caused the floor soak wet, shampoo bottle holder was not fixed, coffee maker wss not clean, bedside table was not cleaned amd glass mark on it.

Hotel itself was fine. Lowering the rating and leaving a review because we chose this property specifically to use a pool over Spring Break. Upon arrival we learned that the pool would be closed for the majority of our stay. The staff was unhelpful, and was unwilling to offer any sort of solution or compensation "because we booked through Expedia." What a waste of rare vacation days.

We enjoyed this hotel, the best part was the warm cookies upon arrival! The staff when we arrived were so friendly and kind. The bar/food was open until 11pm which was great because we got in late. The area around the hotel wasn’t great, it didn’t feel like a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself was great for us but the parking was very limited. I’m happy with our stay there but I wish we had time to go to the hands on kids museum that’s within walking distance. The pool looked clean and nice, we ran out of time for that as well. The bed was comfortable and the duvets were comfy. The electronics were old (tv didn’t have Netflix and the clock had a charging port for an iPhone 4). The room was huge though!

We were placed in a room on the first floor. Exactly at 12.30am strange sounds began, hotel workers were outside, right under our windows, they were taking out some things or dirty laundry and this continued until 3-3.30am, we could not sleep, and in the morning we had an important meeting at which we needed to have maximum concentration. We were broken and tired because couldn’t sleep almost all the night. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff was great, Kyla was very helpful and accommodating as we had a complicated check-in with three bookings for eight different rooms, with people arriving at different times. She was very flexible and stayed a little later than her shift and when she did leave, she directed to me to where she parked, as it was the last spot available in the lot. She was also very helpful when I talked to her earlier in the day about some early guest arrivals. Thank you.
